OUTLINE Duplast S.p.A. (Ltd.), established in 1992, was created on Duraccio's family iniziative. The operation was aimed to give legal form to a new line of plastic containers, realized with the injection moulding process. Since 1962, in fact, the family had been involved in business activities with VE.BA.D. S.p.A. (Co.), another family company specialized in the production of glass containers. Since 1992, Duplast S.p.A. has been recording significant successes, which brought it to a leading position in the production of bottle packaging (baskets), used for the handling and transportation of mineral water and milk. During the years, new production plants and commercial offices have been added to the historical headquarters of Gioia del Colle (BA), assuring the presence of Duplast S.p.A. in several regions of Italy. In the last few months, through the certified implementation of a Quality Management System, in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard, the company has reached a meaningful result, which projects it into new markets, characterized by customers placing high value on quality. OUR QUALITY Our engagement and constant attention for a customer-oriented continuous improvement in the product quality, as well as in the environment where our staff works every day, have recently borne a significant result. The company's implemented Quality Management System has been certified, in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard. As further evidence of our commitment, the company is currently working to obtain certification of its Environmental Management System, in compliance with the ISO 14001 Standard.. |
